From Idea to Product

YOUR IDEA

Your idea is our focus! Maybe you already have a concrete vision or you may still be looking for some inspiration. Let us know what you have in mind and we will do our best to meet your expectations. You just need to give us as much information as possible about the product that you are searching for (see our check list)

RESEARCH

Our purchasing office in China through our large scouting net will start to research and explore all the different possibilities in order to find the best offer at the most competitive price. It will usually take up to 48 hours to provide you a feedback and a quotation.

QUOTATION

We will send to you a quotation which will look like this (see template) and a reference picture (or artwork) of the product.

YOUR FEEDBACK

Now it’s your turn! Let us know your feedback about our offer. Does it satisfy your requirements in terms of price and product’s description?

SAMPLE

If you are interested we can arrange a sample (see conditions) and send it directly to you. We will first send you an artwork for your confirmation. We always make 3 samples for the same product: one for you, one for us and one for the factory (golden sample).

CONFIRMATION AND FIRST PAYMENT

You got what you were searching for! We will send you an order confirmation containing all the details, the final artwork and the first invoice (30%). Now you just need to give us your final OK and settle the first installment and we will proceed with the mass production.

MASS PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL

Our team in China will follow the production process closely making sure that everything proceeds smoothly according to our instructions. Once the production is completed we will do another final quality control of the goods: nothing ever leaves China without our final approval. During this process we will keep you always updated.

DELIVERY & BALANCE PAYMENT

The production is completed and the quality has been approved! We will arrange the shipment and will send to you the invoice for the remaining balance. You are at one step from finally getting your goods!
