What does Swissasia Trading do?

Swissasia Trading GmbH is a Swiss-founded and managed purchasing office in China with headquarters in Niederuzwil SG and offices in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Since 2011, we have been simplifying the purchase of all kinds of products from China and minimising the risk for European companies through direct quality control on site.

What advantage do I have as a Swiss company?

The free trade agreement between Switzerland and China has been in force since 1 July 2014. With a Certificate of Origin, Swiss companies can import goods at a reduced rate of duty or even duty-free - a clear advantage over EU competitors. Swissasia takes care of all the necessary customs documents.

How does Swissasia protect my order from quality problems?

Before each mass production, we create a sample in triplicate - for you, the factory and Swissasia. Mass production is only approved on the basis of this final sample. Quality control takes place directly on site in China. Nothing leaves the country that has not passed our inspection.

Which products can Swissasia procure or produce?

Products of all kinds - regardless of the material: metal, plastic, paper, textiles or based on original samples. Both customised productions (made to measure) and standard parts.

How does a typical project work?

You tell us your specifications and budget. We look for approved factories, obtain quotations and create a sample. After your approval, mass production starts under our supervision. We then take care of quality control, packaging, customs clearance and transport directly to you.

What shipping options does Swissasia offer?

Air freight (7-10 days), sea freight (6-8 weeks) and train freight (4-5 weeks, China-Europe). In co-operation with a Swiss logistics partner with its own office in Shenzhen.

Does Swissasia work with certified factories?

Yes, exclusively with factories that have been personally visited and inspected on site. Fair working conditions and high social standards are a prerequisite for cooperation.

Does Swissasia have any known reference customers?

Yes, customers include Amer Sports SA, ProPuls Projektagentur GmbH, Bergbahnen Klewenalp-Stockhütte and CAPICHE. - All confirm reliability, quality and uncomplicated communication.

In which languages does Swissasia work?

The Swiss team communicates in German and English. Four Chinese-speaking employees and one Swiss employee work on site in China. The website is available in German, English and Arabic.
