  1. Your idea

    Your idea is what counts for us! Perhaps you already have a concrete vision, or you would like some inspiration. Let us know what your goals are and we will do our best to fulfil your expectations. Give us as much information as possible about the product you want.

  2. Research

    Our purchasing office in China utilises the large scouting network and searches for you. We collate all the options until you get the best product at the best price. As a rule, you will receive feedback with an initial offer within 48 hours.

  3. Cost estimate

    We will send you a quotation and provide reference images of the products.

  4. Your feedback

    Now it’s your turn! Let us know your feedback about our offer. Does it satisfy your requirements in terms of price and product’s description?

  5. Sample

    If you are interested, we will organise the production of a sample for you and send it to you. You will receive an image template for confirmation beforehand. We will produce three samples: one for you, one for us and one for the work (the „golden sample“).

  6. Confirmation and deposit

    You got what you were searching for! We will send you an order confirmation containing all the details, the final artwork and the first invoice (30%). Now you just need to give us your final OK and settle the first installment and we will proceed with the mass production.

  7. Production & quality control

    Our team in China monitors the individual steps of the production process and ensures that everything is carried out as agreed. Once production is complete, a further final quality check is carried out on the goods. Not a single delivery ever leaves China without our final approval. You will be kept informed of the status of the goods on an ongoing basis.

  8. Delivery & final payment

    The production is completed and the quality has been approved! We will arrange the shipment and will send to you the invoice for the remaining balance. You are at one step from finally getting your goods!
